Gradlew genIntellijRuns Issue

Hello! Am new to this website. But i have a issue while i start the gradlew genIntellijRuns
When i start the command on Git Bash its says bash: gradlew: command not found
Questions people might ask:

1. Why dont you use command prompt?
   cause when i cd the command to my folder it doesn’t work And it says The system cannot find the path specified. So i have to use Git Bash
2. Why you have to use it the command?
   Cause i want to run the minecraft mod.
